Brief Introduction of Dishi Law Firm

Beijing Dishi Law Firm (Dishi for short), as one of the earliest law firms approved by the Ministry of Justice, established in May, 1985, is a large legal service organ, composed of teaching and research personnel with lawyer’s credential in the Law School of Renmin University of China. Many of the lawyers are domestically and internationally well-known jurists, and Dishi is the important platform for them to apply their academic achievements to reality. Relying on great mastering and deep understanding of economic policies and laws home and overseas, Dishi is able to offer positive，creative and practical solutions to legal affairs for clients. 地石以中国人民大学法学院雄厚的学术及社会资源为依托,拥有优秀的律师团队。地石现有注册律师46人，其中法学教授16人，副教授22人；在中青年律师中，法学博士33人，法学硕士8人。地石律师拥有众多的社会兼职，其中，全国人大代表1名，最高人民法院特邀咨询员2名，最高人民检察院特邀咨询员3名。另外，有8名律师被中国经济贸易仲裁委员会、北京仲裁委员会等各大仲裁机构聘为仲裁员。

Elite team

Based on abundant academic and social resources of the Law School of RUC, Dishi has excellent lawyers team. There are 46 lawyers at present, and among them 16 are professors, 22 are associate professors. Among the young lawyers, 33 are doctors of law, and 8 are masters of law. Professor Yie Changliang is the director of Dishi. Dishi lawyers get many social important positions in all kinds of organizations. Among all the lawyers, one is NPC representative, two are special consultants of the Supreme People＇s Court, three are the special consultants of the Supreme People＇s Procuratorate. Besides, eight lawyers are appointed arbitrator by major arbitration commissions.

In addition, Dishi engages experts in the fields such as industrial economy, commercial economy, agricultural economy, international economy and trade, accounting, banking, investment, taxation, pricing, and commodity inspection from RUC in order to provide comprehensive services in legal affairs.
